Course Overview

By the end of this program, learners will gain a strong foundation in VLSI fundamentals, digital logic design, and circuit implementation. They will acquire practical skills in design tools such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, and EDA platforms, enabling them to model, simulate, and verify digital systems. Participants will understand protocols, methodologies like UVM, and verification techniques including ABV and CRV, while also exploring layout design, coverage, and analog/mixed-signal concepts. The course equips learners with knowledge of ASIC and FPGA design flows, testing strategies, and low-power verification. In addition, they will develop embedded systems expertise through microcontrollers, RTOS, and communication protocols, while gaining exposure to AI integration in semiconductors, memory technologies, and scripting for automation. Overall, learners will be prepared to design, verify, and optimize complex VLSI and embedded systems for industry applications.
