Course Overview
By the end of this program, learners will gain a comprehensive understanding of electric vehicles, their evolution, and comparison with conventional IC engines. They will develop knowledge of different EV types, powertrain architectures, and the working principles of motors and generators. Participants will acquire in-depth insights into battery technologies, including Li-ion chemistry, cell manufacturing, battery pack design, and thermal management strategies. The course will also strengthen skills in charging technologies, homologation standards, and power electronics, enabling learners to understand inverter and converter development. Finally, learners will be equipped with practical knowledge of drive systems and control algorithms, preparing them to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of modern EV solutions.
